ATT phone tree oddities

I was on the phone with ATT a few months ago and I was getting sent off to the "Desk of Escalations" and then I was going to the "Desk of Discrepancy". It was fun to know that there are stranger things in the world.

I am going to start a class to empower people to use the wonderful laptops that they just got. I want to help them have fun with the tools that are out there for them to use. We are going to have so much fun.
